Aquatic ring die, especially those whose hole diameter is from 0.8mm-2.2mm, is overwhelming product from JHM GROUP.

20 years’ experience in die and roller production guarantees the quality and reliability of our products.

Some salient features of our fishery dies:

a. With perforation and mirror polishing of holes, new dies can be used directly without

any pre-start-up,

b. With unique hole pattern and design, our die production is higher than market level,

c. With suitable hardness (HRC 52-56), the die’s working hours are lengthened.

Our dies rapidly achieve full production because they have:

a. perfect finish of the holes

b. vacuum heat treatment eliminating oxidation of the steel

Long life of our dies is assured by:

a. construction in quality steel with high carbon and chromium content (Cr≥13),

b. suitable hardness (HRC52-56) after heat treatment.

Moreover:

a. our dies have an extremely precise and regular perforation,

b. the “honeycomb” layout of the holes is faultless,

c. our dies are ground inside in order to eliminate any deformation (guaranteed maximum deformation 0.3-1mm after heat treatment, and 0.1-0.3mm after grinder process).

Whole production from blank material, to hole drilling, to heat treatment, to inspection, undergoes quality control. Certificates of analysis can be provided on request.

1. How can the die specification be designed?
This is where experience becomes an important factor. Different formulas own different character, together with different die specification. We can customize according to your demand or our experience.

2. How long can one die work?

This depends many factors, especially the formulas and particle size of material. Aquatic feed contains lower fibre material, which is easier to pellet. Die lifespan is longer. Commonly, work life for aquatic feed die is 800-1000 working hours.
